BCA came with Sakuku to answer this problem but unfortunately it is still deemed ineffective due to its difficult-to-use application.
Why
BCA with my perspective need increase user experience so they can increasing transaction in Sakuku

the redesign process is good enough for Bank BCA customers. It has made the registration, login, payment and transfer processes much simpler and convenient, helping to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
In addition, this allows Bank BCA to reach a larger customer base, because this application is available for download on Android and iOS devices. This application has also been well received by the some of user, with positive reviews from users.
